Join Us In Helping the Elderly Community

Forever Young Club is based at Langley High School in McLean, Virginia. Our mission is to provide companionship and support to nursing home residents to help foster meaningful relationships with the younger generation. Our members are passionate about helping senior citizens by writing personalized cards, making crafts, handmade decorative gifts, performing talent shows, and more! During COVID-19, Zoom meetings with nursing home residents helped us maintain a connection with the elderly while re-engaging them with society. Now that restrictions are lifted, we are happy to resume our in-person visits with senior citizens.

         Our story

Forever Young Club was established in 2019 by Gabriella Sanchez during her freshman year of high school. After the devastating loss of her grandparents and several of her paternal relatives from Alzheimer's Disease, she became passionate about brightening the lives of the elderly by engaging them with the younger generation. Gabriella and her club members strive to grow their club and make a positive impact in the lives of senior citizens who are often neglected. Growing from 20 students to over 150+ members, FYC continues to make an impact on the lives of members and elderly citizens in the Northern Virginia community.
