Forever Young Club - Inspiration

Ray:
Ray is a 65 year old man that Greg met in church. He stands about 5 feet
11 inches and 165 pounds. Quite and average build. Ray is a quiet man
that is filled with love. While the age difference between Greg and Ray was
a good 20 years, Greg never thought of Ray as being old. Behind his
speckled gray beard Ray is always smiling.

What makes Ray Forever Young:
While Ray is certainly Young in Spirit because of his commitment to the
church, Greg honored Ray with a Young in Body gift pack. You see, Ray
has run over 50 marathons in his life and is still running one or two per
year. He is also an avid bicyclist. Ray has the physical ability and energy of
someone much younger. This makes him Young in Body in Greg's eyes.

Denise:
She and I first met in 6th grade. No, we didn't start dating until we were
juniors. Married in '79 and together ever since.

What makes Denise Forever Young:
I'm tough when it comes to being Forever Young. It means something
different to everyone, but to me, it is an honor that I bestow sparingly. I
never thought of Denise as being Forever Young until my eyes were
opened one day. We had just started the Forever Young Club and I was
thinking about who I wanted to be member number 2. There she was. A
woman who raised 3 kids while working full time. During which I had gotten 2
advanced degrees from local colleges. AND, she had just completed an
MBA of her own. I presented her with the first "Young in Mind" gift pack as a
graduation present. She cried!
